Jamal was so professional and friendly. I was able to bring my own replacement screen to replace the cracked tablet screen on my daughters tab s6 and it was done in an hour at a very affordable price! I brought my daughter with me to pick up the tablet and she had the biggest smile and he was so nice to her too 🙂
Jamal took care of my niece's phone as we shopped. She had a broken screen & spots under it. 5 minutes later he contacted us & said the phone was finished. He was very professional and a great sense of humor. The next afternoon, my nephew dropped his phone & cracked his screen protector. Jamal made such a great impression we went right back to him. He was closing up his shop but gladly took care of us. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

Fast and Professional at a reasonable price! I took my Blue IPhone Pro Max 12, to Jamal, because my cellphone insurance wouldn’t cover the cracked back of the phone. He was able to get the part within the same day, he explained the process and how long it will take. Once it was done, the phone looked just as new again! I’d rate this company even higher if google let me. Located inside HEB, this place has impeccable service. Shout out to Ahmed! He did an amazing job repairing my front iPhone screen(s) while giving great & genuine customer service. He also did a great job educated me on products. They’re very fast too. I called around to get quotes before visiting. In retrospect to the market they’re affordable. They aren’t the lowest price in town but they are the BEST price if you want quality and product knowledge. This company really should be rated 5/5 ⭐️s

I took my ocolus quest 2 to get it fixed i left it with him 3 days i called to check on my ocolus and he said no we coudent fix it but he said yes i can fix it me like a duumass Just wating for it happy

The service was fast but rushed, I prefer quality over everything it took them almost a week to redo the sloppy work they did initially. But even after not being to provide the professional results they swear by they refused to refund me. Cashapp is their only form of payment and makes it extremely difficult to dispute the horrible service. Beware of this company they have no customer service besides the repair team. UPDATE went in person a 4th time and Ahmad was disrespectful to my wife stonewalled my wife when asking about the awful service provided. This isn't the first time he has went back on his word. Be cautious trusting Ahmad Dalqamoni.
Terrible experience. Guy went back on his word! He said if I could find a price better then his , he would do it for free.. long story short I found a better deal and he said he was playing and he would not honor his word... worse business ever and must avoid at all cost! There's way better prices out there with better deals!

I really appreciate that they tried to fix my phone before charging me. The man who helped me basically said that they try to fix it and if they can't I wouldn't be charged. That's an amazing service to provide that not everyone offers. Typically just for attempting to fix it there's usually a price, but not here, at least that's what I was personally offered. On top of that, the operation was a success, the phone was saved!. AND in just one day, though I paid for an express rush order.I came here because it was the highest rated phone repair store in my area and now I know it's rating is well deserved.

I will return again for any other issues I may have in the future. *********I was recommended to come here by a cricket employee, I was desperate to get my phone fixed. I paid $150 for fixing the internal screen. Not bad, I was happy. Two days later my front camera stops working or being detected, like it didn’t exist. Went back, he was gonna charge me $75 to fix the camera. I said no, then my back camera began malfunctioning.I went again to the initial worker that helped me and he kept telling me “we didn’t touch ur cameras” I told him I know, the hardware is ok, the software is messing up. He still couldn’t understand what I was saying. It’s like their screen fried or messed up the camera when they plugged it in. I don’t know lots about phones but I do know that my cameras were never a problem and suddenly it is after I go to them to fix my screen.
He fixed my screen in 10 minutes. And his price is very reasonable and good. And he had amazing customer service and he was funny.

Thought I would have to buy a new laptop due to my grandchildren thinking it was the scale in my bathroom, a friend recommended this place and I was a bit liery because it was inside an HEB but I figured I'd give it a chance. Boy was impressed Ahmad not only greeted me with his colgate smile he explained the process, and the price was better than just ok, I will definetly come back again, and tell all my friends. Extremely rude, price is not as promoted, he charge me $150 to change my screen. They also place a protector on the screen that felt that same night.Ihad to drive all the way to exchanged it but there was another guy that i PRACTICALLY BEG for a replacement, he treated me like GARBAGE, just because i tried to explained to him that I was not coming back all the way back from the medical center , and that it was untruth his "i understand, your fristation statement " . When i confronted him on how untruthful his statement was he practically started to threaten to call security.At that point i just had to BEG, for my phone screen protector, which he enjoyed, and walked away.Please, do not bring your business to unethical, without principle people like this.Try to find other alternatives.
Brother was pretty fast with the repair, better than waiting 24+ hours to fix, I got no complaints other than a little bit of new metal scratches on the edges and a strong smell of glue but overall it works 👍
