Jamal was so professional and friendly. I was able to bring my own replacement screen to replace the cracked tablet screen on my daughters tab s6 and it was done in an hour at a very affordable price! I brought my daughter with me to pick up the tablet and she had the biggest smile and he was so nice to her too 🙂
Jamal took care of my niece's phone as we shopped. She had a broken screen & spots under it. 5 minutes later he contacted us & said the phone was finished. He was very professional and a great sense of humor. The next afternoon, my nephew dropped his phone & cracked his screen protector. Jamal made such a great impression we went right back to him. Fast and Professional at a reasonable price! I took my Blue IPhone Pro Max 12, to Jamal, because my cellphone insurance wouldn’t cover the cracked back of the phone. I will most definitely come back here again. I went to the Apple Store and waited hours before being seen. Once seen I was told my phone was broken and I had to purchase a new one. I was so desperate to get my phone back on. I came here as a last resort to get my phone working. He got it working and didn’t even have to reset it. I’m so grateful and will come here from now on! came in asked for price to change the battery on an old lil i phone se, said it was 35 (did not give me a written quote or nothing) came back and said it was 49?? i asked and said he said 49 and he spoke with me on the phone which i never did, make sure you get a written quote before leaving your phone there!
This is the third phone that we have brought to the cell care + brothers. Each time they have done an excellent job, especially Ash, who helped out with a deal. At other places we have gone to repair the phone, the pieces have not been the best quality, it’s Ash and his brother that use the best quality pieces and I don’t have to bring that phone back for a screen replacement. Now if all three of my children can take better care of their phones, that would be even better. Thank you Ash for doing the job quickly and giving us a deal and throwing in a free pink case.

Do NOT bring your phone to be repaired here. I brought him a 2021 Samsung Galaxy Stylo 5G phone that needed the cracked screen replaced and the male prong inside the charging port re-soldered so it would charge. He quoted me $149 plus tax and a out an hour to fix. Before the hour was up he called me and said he didn't have a part to finish fixing me phone and would I pick it up and take it to his store on Potranco or wait till the next day. I said I can wait. Then he texts me saying it'll cost $159 plus tax. When I asked why the price change he said nothing. When I called to inquire about the price change, he got to talking to me like I'm stupid or something. Had to call the cops and have a police presence to keep from slapping the TASTE outta his mouth. Come to find out, he was charging me $149 plus tax JUST to replace the screen, fixing the charging port was extra. Don't let him rob you

I call to check the price of a screen and the guy told me $140 for the screen, when I get here he try to charge me $600 for the "original" screen and don't give quotes that my insurance ask me for it. definitely there is a better places that you can do business.Like any other non serious business try to make a justification on the answer, and giving excuses about the price make you loose time, for sure I will asking for something different, and on top lying about the price what I can get from another vendors when I already check how much I can get for the phone. this place is just when you are desperate to fix your phone and nothing else.
Ash is a very great guy. He is very funny and helped me fix my phone without charging me arm and leg. Horrible service took my phone to fix the screen, keep in mind THATS THE ONLY THING WRONG WITH MY PHONE. Came back AFTER 5 hours ! When they said it would be ready in less than 2 HOURS! The man that was fixing my phone disappeared for 1 1/2 hr & not even his partner could tell me where he went!, I came back to get it, finally & now it’s been two days where my phone stopped charging, it over heats, the battery doesn’t last long! They broke my phone and still want me to pay more for something they did! Horrible service .
Fast and efficient. Was able to get my phone back in 15min and he don't upcharge like other places. Was getting charged between 130 and 160 to just fix a charger port at other places and he charge me 65 will recommend to everyone in need of honest work done to your phone.
Took my MacBook Pro here for a cleaning and to get a missing key fixed with the assurance it could be done. I went back several times after finding out they could not fix it and then they tell me it was stolen. I experienced horrible customer service from the workers here during the majority of the process. A police report was filed and I was offered a replacement, but did not trust this place on any replacement they would get me. One of the workers tried to blame me for the theft since I didn’t have time to come one night to pick it up shortly before they closed. I do not recommend taking your devices to this place or leaving them overnight if you want security for your stuff and if you want good customer service. They do not have either. Keep in mind they have other locations.

Our team was contracted to develop their current website and conduct a three-month marketing campaign to enhance their online presence, including content creation and Google optimization.Initially, the collaboration proceeded smoothly for over 90 days, with no issues regarding billing. However, the situation deteriorated in the fourth month when the owner disputed our charges with his credit card company, claiming unfamiliarity with our services. This action was not only unethical but also demonstrated a lack of integrity and professional courtesy.Upon receiving the chargeback, we reached out to the owner to resolve the matter. We expressed our disappointment in their conduct and informed them of our decision to discontinue our business relationship. Additionally, we requested that they relocate their website, which they agreed to do, settling the outstanding payment with another credit card.Regrettably, the owner then proceeded to dispute these charges as well, falsely accusing us of fraudulent activities. With over 30 years in the business, we have never encountered such a disingenuous and unethical approach. While we typically do not post reviews about other businesses, we feel compelled to warn potential clients and partners about engaging with this individual. Their actions not only reflect poorly on their business ethics but also pose a risk to any future collaborations.
I went to this place to get my phone fixed my phone would not charge and the phone gave me a battery notification everything on the phone worked perfectly just would not charge so I called this place to get a price for a battery replacement he said $75 so I took my phone in he tested it and said the battery and charger port were fine it was my motherboard($190) I was hesitant told him I’ll think it over he he kept trying to get me to do it and also buy another phone since I use my phone for work my wife told him just to do it he took the phone had it for 2 days no call no updates no nothing I go to the store he said oh hey it’s the motherboard and turns out it was your battery as well then I get a text I guess from the person who fixes the phones and said we just got your device in today just wanted to let you know your battery is no good and it would be $100 remind you it was $75 the first time so I headed up to the store to have a discussion with him about the how shady that was so he said he will throw in the battery for free after I made a couple points across I took the phone home charged it up the battery felt super hot to the touch I can feel it on the back of the phone I turned it on speakers sounded cloudy didn’t sound like that before I took it in 3days later the phone started doing the same thing it was doing before I took it in so I decided to buy a battery from Amazon replaced it myself and the phones been good for 3weeks now!!! I caution you when doing business with this shop they will take your money and give you back a few days of a working device don’t waste your hard earned money at this place it is not worth it I found out the hard way and was out $190 plus the $40 I had to spent to replace the so called good battery they put in cheap parts they use if it went out in 3days!!!!! 🚨🚨🚨🚨

He did an amazing job repairing my front iPhone screen(s) while giving great & genuine customer service. He also did a great job educated me on products. They’re very fast too. I called around to get quotes before visiting. In retrospect to the market they’re affordable. They aren’t the lowest price in town but they are the BEST price if you want quality and product knowledge. This company really should be rated 5/5 ⭐️s

The service was fast but rushed, I prefer quality over everything it took them almost a week to redo the sloppy work they did initially. But even after not being to provide the professional results they swear by they refused to refund me. Cashapp is their only form of payment and makes it extremely difficult to dispute the horrible service. Beware of this company they have no customer service besides the repair team. UPDATE went in person a 4th time and Ahmad was disrespectful to my wife stonewalled my wife when asking about the awful service provided. This isn't the first time he has went back on his word. Be cautious trusting Ahmad Dalqamoni.
Terrible experience. Guy went back on his word! He said if I could find a price better then his , he would do it for free.. long story short I found a better deal and he said he was playing and he would not honor his word... worse business ever and must avoid at all cost! I really appreciate that they tried to fix my phone before charging me. The man who helped me basically said that they try to fix it and if they can't I wouldn't be charged. That's an amazing service to provide that not everyone offers. Typically just for attempting to fix it there's usually a price, but not here, at least that's what I was personally offered. On top of that, the operation was a success, the phone was saved!. AND in just one day, though I paid for an express rush order.I came here because it was the highest rated phone repair store in my area and now I know it's rating is well deserved.

I will return again for any other issues I may have in the future. *********I was recommended to come here by a cricket employee, I was desperate to get my phone fixed. I paid $150 for fixing the internal screen. Not bad, I was happy. Two days later my front camera stops working or being detected, like it didn’t exist. Went back, he was gonna charge me $75 to fix the camera. I said no, then my back camera began malfunctioning.I went again to the initial worker that helped me and he kept telling me “we didn’t touch ur cameras” I told him I know, the hardware is ok, the software is messing up. He still couldn’t understand what I was saying. It’s like their screen fried or messed up the camera when they plugged it in. I don’t know lots about phones but I do know that my cameras were never a problem and suddenly it is after I go to them to fix my screen.
He fixed my screen in 10 minutes. And his price is very reasonable and good. And he had amazing customer service and he was funny.

Extremely rude, price is not as promoted, he charge me $150 to change my screen. They also place a protector on the screen that felt that same night.Ihad to drive all the way to exchanged it but there was another guy that i PRACTICALLY BEG for a replacement, he treated me like GARBAGE, just because i tried to explained to him that I was not coming back all the way back from the medical center , and that it was untruth his "i understand, your fristation statement " . When i confronted him on how untruthful his statement was he practically started to threaten to call security.At that point i just had to BEG, for my phone screen protector, which he enjoyed, and walked away.Please, do not bring your business to unethical, without principle people like this.Try to find other alternatives.
Brother was pretty fast with the repair, better than waiting 24+ hours to fix, I got no complaints other than a little bit of new metal scratches on the edges and a strong smell of glue but overall it works 👍
